Race starts at 12.15 with last entries at 11.45 / A Compulsory Safety / Race brief must be attended by all competitors
Race Details Start Location CocaCola Factory at Lambeg / finish Belfast Rowing Club at Stranmillis

Race Distance approx 9.5 miles with 4 weirs & two small portages
( All the weirs & the portages will have signs on the riverbank with an overall route map available for viewing before the race commences )
Helmets and buoyancy aids compulsory for juniors and recommended for everyone else.
All competitors must be a min of a 2 star paddler or have competed in this race or similar before
Entry Fees £5 adults, Juniors £4.
Free changing facilities & hot snacks will be available at the end of the race
Prizes to 1 st, 2nd & 3 rd for all Classes
In the event of low water the race will start at Drumbo Church
