The CANI League consists of eight competitions covering various disciplines of the sport. In each competition, points are awarded to every paddler who enters. The points for each race are recorded and a paddler’s six best scores will be counted. The paddler with the highest total at the end of the eight competitions will win.
Prizes are awarded in 5 categories: senior men, senior ladies, junior men, junior ladies and clubs. Trophies and prizes are awarded to the top three individuals in each. There is also a prize of £250 for the club which accumulates the highest number of points overall.
The aim of the League is to encourage competition and to encourage paddlers to try different disciplines of the sport.
